UPGRADE ELIGIBILITY   How to check for upgrade eligibility:   Make sure your PGP product is launched and running Right-click on the PGP Lock and Key icon in the lower right side of your system tray (Windows) or upper right of the menu bar (Mac) Select the "Check for Upgrades" option in the pop-up menu   If this does not work, log in to your License Entitlement Management System (LEMS) account, then select the "Download Center" option from the left menu. You will see all of the versions to which you are entitled.   If you are still having trouble, enter your installed product License Number in the box below and click "Check Eligibility".   I can't find my License Number or order confirmation   Many customers are eligible for free upgrades to PGP Desktop and PGP Universal - the completely new and updated versions of our desktop and server-based products. Eligible customers include:   Customers with current Subscription Licenses, and Customers with Perpetual Licenses having current Software Insurance
